Energy healing is a type of complementary and alternative medicine technique that the intention is to balance the flow of energy in the mind, body & spirit. It is based on the idea that energy flows through the human body and can become dysregulated from everyday life stressors and beyond. It is said to reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being.

Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating in Japan. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy." Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion.

What to Expect: Comfort, Respect, and Ease

​Your Agency is Paramount: You are in full control. We begin with a gentle check-in to discuss anything you’d like to focus on or any concerns you may have. Your consent and comfort are respected throughout the entire process.

​The Session: You will rest, fully clothed, face-up on a comfortable massage table with blankets available to ensure you are as relaxed and cozy as possible. We use soft, gentle music and dimmed lighting to support deep rest.

​The Energy Work: Using a light, non-invasive touch or simply holding my hands just above your body, I act as a conduit for restorative life force energy (Reiki). This gentle practice is intended to help soothe your nervous system, encourage balance, and promote your innate sense of well-being.

​Afterward: We take a moment to share any insights we may have both noticed, without pressure or judgment.

Seated near each other, I will invite in my Spirit Guides and yours to watch over and guide us. Our Higher Powers will protect us both individually and separately as we open an energy connection for me to receive messages around your question/s.

Whether you have specific questions for those on the Other Side, your Higher Self, or simply seek insight on a life situation like relationships, career, or around grief moving forward, I can help you navigate your journey with the highest intention for wholeness and positive outcomes.

We will both take some deep breaths and I will communicate what I’m sensing from your passed on loved one, enlightened ancestors, Archangels/Guardian Angels, Past Lives, Divine Masters (Jesus, Mother Mary, Gaia, and other figures) and/or Spirit guides. We will keep diving into the topic as additional questions may arise.

Together we can create some peace, empowering insight & healing guidance, moving forward.

Please note: I understand some may be unfamiliar with mediumship. Rest assured, the focus is on receiving loving messages and guidance to empower you on your life path with harm to none. You and your Higher Powers and belief system are always in control.

It’s all about comfort. Wear something comfy and whatever you feel coziest in. I won't judge you if you're wearing your favorite oversized sweatpants and hoodie, stains, rips, and all. You will stay clothed during every session. You may want layers to shed in case you get too warm, I have blankets to provide extra warmth. I will try my best to accommodate the space to help you feel as relaxed as possible.

Get cozy and come as you are. You are welcome here, flaws and all.

When I receive energy healing, I feel like I’ve had a massage, but also like I've just had a great conversation with an old friend too. I feel relaxed, sleepy, and inspired. Most people feel very peaceful, relaxed, maybe even a bit tired, or similar to how you may feel after a massage. You may have new insights during and after the session, let them flow up and out. They're from deep within, but all a part of you. How amazing our mind and bodies are! You may have interesting dreams that night, or you may sleep very deeply… everyone is different and beautiful for that. There is no “wrong” way to feel, it’s just how your mind, body, and spirit are adjusting to help you live and thrive at your highest potential.

Many hospitals are beginning to offer and/or recommend reiki services as a complementary, non-invasive service for many health concerns.

Per Cleveland Clinic: “Reiki complements other types of medical and therapeutic treatments, and it can increase the efficacy of other types of healing. If you’re already in good health, though, regular reiki treatments can enhance your ability to respond to stress and serve as a form of preventive medicine.”

Additionally, Reiki / Energy Healing can be a great resource if a client cannot be physically touched due to pain and/or injury.

There is no affiliation with any particular religion or practice and can still be enlightening to all walks of life, beliefs, and cultural practices. I call upon your Spiritual Guides and beliefs to help facilitate and protect our work together. We each have our own beliefs and Spiritual Guidance Team (even if you aren't familiar or feeling in connection with them), I will respect yours, and I expect you to respect mine, no matter the similarities or differences.
